Position: Food and Beverage Service Attendant

Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to guests in the hotel’s restaurants, bars, or banquet events.
• Welcome and seat guests, present menus, and take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Make recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the guest dining experience.
• Ensure all orders are delivered promptly and presented correctly.
• Process guest payments and handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area, and reset tables for the next guests.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an F&B service role (e.g., waiter, waitress, host) is highly preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• A positive, engaging personality and a passion for hospitality.
• Good command of English.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle busy periods.
• Knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service standards.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
