Position: Finance Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Finance department including accountant, AR, AP, and payroll.
- Prepare and analyze monthly operating results vs. budget.
- Prepare financial analysis to support operations and business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
- Manage audits and ensure adherence to financial policies and tax regulation.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Accounting / Finance.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior finance or accounting position or 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Knowledge of Indonesian taxation is mandatory.
- Strong leadership and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic resort environment.
