Position: Chinese Sous Chef
Qualifications:
- Two (2) years experience in the same position from International Hotel Chains.
- Good personality and a great gesture of Hospitality professionalism.
- Great knowledge in HACCP standards, able to develop, implement, and educate the strict food safety discipline within the team.
- Specialized expertise in Chinese cuisine.
- Strong leadership and kitchen management skills.
