Qualifications:

  • Two (2) years experience in the same position from International Hotel Chains.

  • Great knowledge in HACCP standards, able to develop, implement, and educate the strict food safety discipline within the team.
  • Specialized expertise in Chinese cuisine.
  • Strong leadership and kitchen management skills.
