Position: Sous Chef – Li Lian
Responsibilities:

- Assist in leading the kitchen team at Li Lian to produce high-quality Chinese cuisine [cite: 17]
- Oversee food preparation and ensure consistency in taste and presentation
- Manage kitchen staff, including training and scheduling
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and food safety regulations
- Assist the Executive Chef in menu development and cost management
Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior CDP specializing in Chinese cuisine [cite: 17]
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of authentic Chinese cooking techniques
- Leadership and kitchen management experience in luxury hotels
- Excellent knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong creative and organizational skills
- Degree or Certification in Culinary Arts
