Position: Front Desk Agent
Responsibilities:
- Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and courteously.
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and phone calls in a professional manner.
- Process payments and manage guest folios accurately.
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions in Bandar Lampung.
- Address guest concerns and requests, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Relevant education background.
- Min 2 year experience in similar position.
- Good communication, positive attitude and able to work with team.
- Fluent in English.
- Able to join immediately.
- Experience with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) is an advantage.
- A welcoming and guest-oriented personality.
