Position: Reservation Agent
Responsibilities:
- Handle guest room reservations via telephone, email, and online booking platforms
- Process booking confirmations, cancellations, and modifications accurately in the system
- Provide detailed information regarding hotel facilities, room rates, and ongoing promotions
- Maintain an updated database of guest profiles and preferences to ensure personalized service
- Coordinate with the Sales and Front Office departments to manage room availability and overbooking
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Relevant educational background in hospitality or tourism
- Ability to work in a team and maintain a positive attitude
- Strong leadership skills and detail oriented mindset
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems
