Position: Duty Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee hotel operations during the assigned shift
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest emergencies
- Handle guest complaints and resolve service issues
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel public areas
- Support various operational departments as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience in Front Office or Duty Management
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work calm under pressure and handle crises
- Flexible availability for overnight and weekend shifts
- Fluent in English for diverse guest interaction
- Hospitality degree or equivalent experience
