Position: Assistant Front Office Manager
Responsibilities:
- Support the FOM in daily operational management
- Coordinate Front Office team activities and schedules
- Handle guest complaints and provide swift resolutions
- Manage room assignments and VIP guest arrivals
- Conduct training and development for the FO team
Qualifications:
- Experience as Asst FOM in luxury hotels
- Strong technical knowledge of FO operations
- Excellent leadership and team coordination skills
- Problem solving mindset for complex guest issues
- Good administrative and reporting abilities
- Fluent in English for guest and professional interaction
- Hospitality degree or professional background
