Position: Front Office Manager
Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee all front office operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services.
- Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and service quality in the lobby and reception areas.
- Manage room inventory and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure efficient room allocation.
- Lead and train the front office team in service standards and property management systems.
- Monitor guest feedback and resolve any operational issues to maintain 5-star service levels.
Qualifications:
- Relevant educational background with the position being applied.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position at a 4 or 5-star hotel.
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Highly motivated, creative, and target-oriented.
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) and guest relation protocols.
- Strong leadership presence and the ability to manage complex guest situations.
