Position: Housekeeping Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage all operations of the Housekeeping department for both hotel brands.
- Ensure exceptional cleanliness, maintenance, and aesthetic presentation of all guest rooms and public areas.
- Lead and mentor the housekeeping team, managing scheduling, inventory, and cost control.
- Develop and implement training programs to maintain IHG’s international standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Assistant Executive Housekeeper in an international hotel chain.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and control departmental costs.
- In-depth knowledge of cleaning chemicals, techniques, and safety procedures.
- Fluent in English.
