Sahati Hotel Jakarta is a 3-star hotel strategically located in South Jakarta, near the popular Ragunan Zoo and the bustling TB Simatupang business area. Our hotel features 31 comfortable rooms and 4 modern meeting rooms. We are currently offering fantastic hotel jobs in Jakarta for highly motivated candidates.

Position: Leader Housekeeping

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the team of Room Attendants and Public Area Attendants.
  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness meets hotel standards.
  • Train and coach housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and guest service.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and guest amenities.
  • Handle guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry (hotel / restaurant) is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience.
  • Communicative, team work, adaptability and professionalism.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
