Position: Marketing Communication Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the hotel’s integrated marketing and communications strategy, covering PR, digital marketing, social media, and branding.
- Manage all hotel social media channels, creating engaging content that reflects the ARTOTEL brand identity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and key opinion leaders in Jakarta.
- Oversee the creation of all marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency.
- Plan and execute hotel promotions, events, and art exhibitions in collaboration with other departments.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Marketing Communication role, ideally within the luxury hotel or lifestyle brand sector.
- Proven success in managing digital marketing campaigns and growing social media presence.
- Strong existing network of media and influencer contacts in Jakarta.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and creative content creation skills (English and Bahasa Indonesia).
- A passion for art, culture, and the local creative scene.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
