Position: Restaurant Mgr – Tang Palace
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in a high-end Chinese or fine dining restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of luxury F&B service standards, wine, and spirits.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a large service team.
- Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences.
- Experience in managing restaurant P&L, inventory, and cost control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
