As a signature destination, we are introducing two world class Japanese dining experiences, Shaku (a contemporary Izakaya den) and Imamura Ubud (an Omakase journey). Position: Restaurant Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or senior Captain, preferably in a Japanese fine dining setting.
- Strong leadership and guest service skills.
- Excellent knowledge of F&B operations, including Omakase or Izakaya service styles.
- Ability to train and motivate the service team.
- Proficiency in POS systems and handling payments.
- Fluent in English, knowledge of Japanese is a plus.
- Impeccable grooming and professional demeanor.
