Position: IT Executive
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily technical support to all hotel staff and guests for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain all IT systems, including PMS, POS, servers, network infrastructure, and guest Wi-Fi.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware (computers, printers) and software applications.
- Assist in managing system backups, data security, and user access.
- Support the IT Manager in implementing new technology projects.
- Ensure all IT policies and procedures are followed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in an IT support or executive role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Pre-opening experience is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of hotel systems (PMS, POS) is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in network administration, hardware troubleshooting, and software support (Microsoft Office, Windows).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- A proactive, guest-service-oriented approach.
- Degree or diploma in Information Technology.
