Position: IT Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily technical support to all hotel staff and guests for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Maintain all IT systems, including PMS, POS, servers, network infrastructure, and guest Wi-Fi.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware (computers, printers) and software applications.
  • Assist in managing system backups, data security, and user access.
  • Support the IT Manager in implementing new technology projects.
  • Ensure all IT policies and procedures are followed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in an IT support or executive role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Pre-opening experience is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel systems (PMS, POS) is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in network administration, hardware troubleshooting, and software support (Microsoft Office, Windows).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • A proactive, guest-service-oriented approach.
  • Degree or diploma in Information Technology.
