Position: IT Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain hardware and software systems
  • Troubleshoot technical issues for staff and guests
  • Monitor network performance and security
  • Perform regular system backups
  • Assist in IT asset management

Qualifications:

  • Background in IT or Computer Science
  • Knowledge of networking and troubleshooting
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Relevant experience is preferred
