Position: IT Officer
Responsibilities:
- Maintain hardware and software systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues for staff and guests
- Monitor network performance and security
- Perform regular system backups
- Assist in IT asset management
Qualifications:
- Background in IT or Computer Science
- Knowledge of networking and troubleshooting
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Relevant experience is preferred
