The trap is the hotel keeps running while your growth stands still, the gap between effort and results widens and this unfolds slowly across three to five years.
Position: IT Manager
Responsibilities:
- Mengelola perencanaan, implementasi, pemeliharaan dan pengawasan seluruh sistem IT di properti
- Menangani permasalahan teknis, menganalisis akar masalah serta memberikan solusi yang tepat dan berkelanjutan
- Memastikan jaringan, server, sistem email, backup data dan perangkat keras beroperasi dengan baik
- Mengawasi inventaris perangkat keras & perangkat lunak, termasuk kepatuhan lisensi
- Melakukan koordinasi dengan vendor, tim internal dan manajemen terkait kebutuhan dan prioritas IT
- Menyediakan dukungan teknis bagi seluruh departemen dan memastikan kelancaran operasional harian
Qualifications:
- Minimal S1 Teknik Informatika atau yang setara
- Pengalaman 2 – 4 tahun pada posisi yang sama (Hotel diutamakan)
- Pengalaman terbukti dalam menangani infrastruktur IT, troubleshooting
- Memiliki rekam jejak dalam koordinasi proyek IT dan kerja sama lintas departemen
- Memiliki kemampuan berbahasa inggris baik secara lisan maupun tertulis
- Memiliki sertifikasi sistem atau jaringan menjadi nilai tambah
