Position: Demi Chef (25180590)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel kitchen.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.
- Strong knowledge of a specific kitchen station (e.g., Garde Manger, Saucier).
- Proficient in food preparation and presentation techniques.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene (HACCP).
- Creative, passionate about food, and able to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills and a team player.
