Position: IT Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead the IT department and manage all resort technology systems and infrastructure.
- Oversee the maintenance of PMS, POS, telephone, networking, and back-office systems.
- Develop and enforce IT security policies and disaster recovery plans.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with Accor’s technology standards.
- Provide technical support and training to all resort staff.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IT Manager in a 5-star hotel or resort environment.
- Expert knowledge of hospitality systems (Opera PMS, Micros POS) and advanced networking.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Deep understanding of cyber security and data protection protocols.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Prior experience managing IT infrastructure during pre-opening is a major plus.
