Position: IT Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily technical support to all resort users for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Assist the IT Manager in maintaining all servers, network infrastructure, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
  • Perform routine backups, system maintenance, and security checks.
  • Manage the hotel’s telephone and PABX system operation and maintenance.
  • Install and configure new hardware and software as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as an IT Technician or Executive, preferably in a hotel setting.
  • Solid technical knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN), Windows Server, and client operating systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for user-level and minor system issues.
  • Proficiency in maintaining hotel-specific systems (PMS, POS) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
  • Technical certification (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft) is a plus.
  • Willingness to support the resort’s technology needs efficiently in Anyer.
