Position: Director of Sales & Marketing (DOSM)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve hotel revenue goals
- Lead and mentor the Sales & Marketing team, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and manage the department budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, media partners, and stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a 4 or 5 star Hotel in the same position
- Excellent English communication skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong Leadership and strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Target oriented and able to join immediately
