Position: F&B Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive F&B revenue for the resort
- Manage corporate and social event bookings within dining outlets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with event planners and key clients
- Collaborate with the F&B team to create attractive dining and event packages
- Analyze market trends and competitor F&B offerings to maintain a competitive edge
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in F&B sales or banquet sales within luxury hospitality
- Strong network within the luxury travel and events industry
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Revenue driven mindset with a track record of meeting targets
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Creative thinker with a passion for culinary experiences
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
