Position: IT Officer
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot the hotel’s computer systems and networks
- Provide technical support to staff and guests regarding IT issues
- Ensure the security and integrity of data and information systems
- Perform regular system backups and updates to prevent downtime
- Assist in the implementation of new technologies and software
Qualifications:
- Experienced as the same role for minimum 2 years
- Knowledge of hotel systems (VHP preferred) and networking
- Passionate about people and service
- Highly motivated, good team player, outgoing personality and result oriented
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Relevant degree or certification in Information Technology
