Position: Chef de Partie Pastry
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a section of the pastry kitchen and ensure high-quality production
- Create and develop new pastry menu items under the guidance of the Pastry Chef
- Train and mentor junior pastry staff
- Monitor food waste and control costs within the section
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a pastry kitchen, with some supervisory experience
- Strong skills in baking, chocolate work, and dessert presentation
- Creative and passionate about pastry arts
- Ability to lead a team and work under pressure
- Good communication skills
