Position: Director of Sales (DOS)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the sales department and ensure targets are met
- Develop sales plans and set individual targets for the sales team
- Manage key client relationships and negotiate contracts to maximize revenue
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote hotel packages and offers
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a 4 or 5 star Hotel in the same position
- Excellent English communication skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong Leadership qualities
- Excellent strategics, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Love to work in a team with target oriented mindset
- Able to join immediately
