Position: Senior Sales Manager (SSM) – Corporate Segment
Responsibilities:
- Focus on driving revenue from the Corporate Segment through proactive sales activities
- Identify and acquire new corporate accounts while maintaining existing relationships
- Conduct site inspections and client entertainment to showcase hotel facilities
- Prepare sales proposals and contracts tailored to corporate client needs
- Monitor market performance and adjust sales strategies accordingly
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a 4 or 5 star Hotel in the same position
- Excellent English communication skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong negotiation and networking skills
- Excellent strategics, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Love to work in a team with target oriented mindset
- Able to join immediately
