Position: Pastry Cook
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake various pastries, cakes, and desserts according to hotel standards
- Ensure high quality and consistent presentation of all pastry items
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pastry kitchen section
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of baking supplies
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new dessert menus
Qualifications:
- Min. one years experience in similar position
- Excellent communication skill and pleasant personality
- Passionate about people and service
- Bandung residents preferably
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Creative and detail-oriented
