Position: FB Captain
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily F&B operations and ensure service standards are met
- Lead and motivate the service team during shifts
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly
- Assist in inventory management and stock control
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area
Qualifications:
- Male
- Minimum Diploma in Hospitality or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in the same position
- Relevant certifications for the position are preferred
- Familiar with VHP System
- Familiar with Bar Knowledge
- Well-groomed, adaptable, and in good health
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic
