Position: Assistant Beverage Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing beverage operations across all outlets
- Develop drink menus and wine lists
- Train staff on beverage knowledge and service standards
- Monitor beverage costs and inventory
- Ensure guest satisfaction with beverage offerings
Qualifications:
- Experience in beverage management in a luxury setting
- Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktails
- Leadership and organizational skills
- Good communication skills in English
- Passion for beverage trends and innovation
