Position: Shift Engineer Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Lead the engineering shift team in maintaining hotel systems and equipment
- Respond to guest requests and maintenance issues promptly
- Conduct routine inspections of mechanical and electrical systems
- Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols during the shift
- Train shift staff on operational procedures and emergency response
Qualifications:
- Technical degree or certification in Engineering
- Experience in a supervisory role within hotel engineering
- Solid understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends
- Proficient in English
