Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Jr. Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of diverse cuisines
- Ability to lead and train junior kitchen staff
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Creative approach to food presentation and menu support
