Qualifications:
- Proven experience in pastry and bakery operations in a hotel
- Creative culinary skills with a portfolio of pastry work
- Ability to supervise junior staff and manage production schedules
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities
