Position: Junior Sous Chef, Pastry

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in pastry and bakery operations in a hotel
  • Creative culinary skills with a portfolio of pastry work
  • Ability to supervise junior staff and manage production schedules
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
  • Strong teamwork and communication abilities
