Qualifications:

  • Solid experience as a Chef de Partie in a 4 or 5-star hotel
  • Expertise in specific culinary sections (Hot/Cold)
  • Leadership capabilities to manage a section and junior cooks
  • Commitment to food quality and consistency
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
