Qualifications:
- Solid experience as a Chef de Partie in a 4 or 5-star hotel
- Expertise in specific culinary sections (Hot/Cold)
- Leadership capabilities to manage a section and junior cooks
- Commitment to food quality and consistency
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
