Position: Chief Engineer

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Chief Engineer or similar leadership role in a luxury hotel environment
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and safety regulations
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and capital expenditure projects
  • Commitment to sustainability and energy conservation practices
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills
  • Problem solving mindset and attention to detail
