Position: Chief Engineer
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chief Engineer or similar leadership role in a luxury hotel environment
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to manage budgets and capital expenditure projects
- Commitment to sustainability and energy conservation practices
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Problem solving mindset and attention to detail
