Position: Villa Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily villa operations to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Manage and train villa staff to maintain Aman’s high service standards
- Coordinate with all departments to fulfill guest requests and preferences
- Ensure maintenance and cleanliness of the villa and grounds
- Manage budgets and operational costs effectively
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Villa Manager or similar leadership role in luxury hospitality
- Strong understanding of Aman’s service philosophy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Detail-oriented with a passion for excellence
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
