Position: Food and Beverage Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily F&B operations to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction
- Train and mentor staff on service protocols, menu knowledge, and upselling techniques
- Manage staff scheduling, inventory control, and operational supplies
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the Food & Beverage department
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a guest-oriented mindset
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and organized with good problem-solving abilities
