Position: Food & Beverage Attendant
Responsibilities:
- Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests efficiently
- Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive and friendly service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
- Assist in setting up tables and preparing the restaurant for service
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position in an international brand
- Remote area work experience is preferred
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Prior experience in F&B Service or hotel industry preferred
- Good communication skills and friendly personality
- Knowledge of hygiene, food handling, and safety procedures
- Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
