Position: Restaurant & In-Room Dining Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage ADD (All Day Dining) and IRD (In-Room Dining) sections effectively
- Ensure guest experience exceeds expectations through quality service
- Maintain quality and safety standards within the department
- Control budget and inventory effectively
- Lead, train, and develop the F&B service team
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position in an international brand
- Remote area work experience is preferred
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Professional, excellent leadership, communication and administration skills
- Experienced in managing ADD and IRD sections, maintaining quality and safety standards
- Creative in organizing events, ability to control budget and inventory, understands MICROS
- Always up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Ability to collaborate with other departments
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
