Position: Executive Secretary to General Manager
Responsibilities:
- Handle all secretarial duties at the Executive Office
- Multitask as assigned by the Management
- Handle business information with complete confidentiality
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for the GM
- Maintain organized filing systems and administrative records
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position in an international brand
- Remote area work experience is preferred
- Professional, composed and resilient; with excellent communication, organization and administration skills
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English as well as computer programs
- Well-organized, discreet, trustworthy and is able to handle business information with complete confidentiality
- Ability to handle all secretarial duties at the Executive Office and multitask as assigned by the Management
- Work experience with hotel software (Opera Cloud, SunFish, MICROS, etc) will be preferred
- Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
