Position: Personal Assistant to CEO

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO.
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years in the relevant position.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a relevant field is preferred.
  • Great decision-making and problems solving skills.
  • Excellent communicator and real team player.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Business-oriented and operationally hands-on.
  • Able to adapt, troubleshoot, and take charge in a variety of situations.
