Position: Wellness Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the spa and wellness center to ensure high service standards
- Develop and implement wellness programs and spa menus to attract guests
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor inventory of spa products and equipment maintenance
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback to ensure a relaxing experience
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Diploma (D1) or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Hospitality, Tourism, or Wellness)
- Previous experience in spa, wellness, or hospitality operations is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a professional manner
- Good communication skill and well groomed appearance
- Willingness to be placed at Amarta Beachfront Resort & Spa
