Position: Waitress
Responsibilities:
- Take guest orders and serve food and beverages promptly
- Ensure tables are set up correctly and maintained throughout the service
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell items to guests
- Process bill payments and handle cash responsibly
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and service stations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or vocational training in hospitality
- Previous experience as a waitress in a hotel or restaurant
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible shifts
- Neat appearance and good personal hygiene
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Basic English skills are an advantage
