Position: Account Payable
Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate coding and approval
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and process payment runs in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to payables
Qualifications:
- Experience in an Account Payable role, preferably in hospitality
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numerical data
- Highly motivated and results-oriented
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
- Honest and reliable with a good attitude
