Position: FB Banquet Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise banquet operations and ensure events run smoothly according to BEOs
- Train and schedule banquet staff to ensure efficient service delivery
- Maintain inventory of banquet equipment and supplies
- Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure timely food service
- Ensure high standards of hygiene and safety are maintained during events
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to multitask and meet deadlines
- Relevant licenses, certifications, or diplomas to support your professional credentials
