Position: GSA Mandarin / Chinese Speaker
Responsibilities:
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures for guests, particularly Mandarin speakers
- Assist Chinese-speaking guests with inquiries, reservations, and special requests
- Translate documents and communicate effective information to guests
- Maintain accurate guest records and handle payments
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a personalized guest experience
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience as a Guest Service Agent or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, professional, and culturally aware
- Highly motivated and able to work in shifts
