Qualifications:
- Experience in banquet operations and supervision
- Ability to coordinate and oversee events and functions
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and guest interaction abilities
- Knowledge of banquet setup and service standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Team-oriented with a proactive approach
