Position: Food & Beverage Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all Food & Beverage operations to ensure high quality service and profitability.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest dining experiences in Jimbaran.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of the F&B department.
- Lead and train the F&B team to maintain 5-star service standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all outlets.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent education.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position at a luxury hotel.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Fluent in English communication in both written and spoken.
- High discipline, honest, responsible, and guest-oriented.
- Male or Female candidates are welcome.
