Position: Food & Beverage Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily F&B operations to ensure compliance with Accor’s luxury service standards in Tangerang.
- Develop strategic initiatives to maximize revenue and profitability across all dining outlets.
- Lead and mentor the service team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Manage inventory, budgets, and cost control measures to optimize departmental performance.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to innovate menu offerings that appeal to local and international guests.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an F&B Manager or Assistant F&B Manager in a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams and complex operations.
- Excellent financial acumen, including budgeting and P&L analysis.
- Deep understanding of the Tangerang and Greater Jakarta hospitality market trends.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an asset.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high quality standards.
- Proficiency in Micros or similar POS systems.
