Position: Engineering Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the daily operations of the engineering department to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Schedule and monitor preventive maintenance programs for hotel equipment and facilities.
  • Train and mentor engineering staff on safety procedures and technical skills.
  • Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
  • Manage inventory of spare parts and supplies to minimize downtime.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil).
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in hotel engineering or facilities management.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Ability to lead a team and manage schedules effectively.
  • Good communication skills and basic computer literacy.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented.
