Position: Engineering Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of the engineering department to ensure optimal functionality.
- Schedule and monitor preventive maintenance programs for hotel equipment and facilities.
- Train and mentor engineering staff on safety procedures and technical skills.
- Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and supplies to minimize downtime.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil).
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in hotel engineering or facilities management.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Ability to lead a team and manage schedules effectively.
- Good communication skills and basic computer literacy.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Proactive and detail-oriented.
