Position: Head Chef
- Lead the culinary team and oversee kitchen operations.
- Create innovative menus that reflect Plataran’s culinary standards.
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Manage kitchen inventory, food costs, and hygiene standards.
- Train and develop kitchen staff.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years in the relevant position.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts is preferred.
- Excellent guest experience skills.
- Great decision-making and problems solving skills.
- Outstanding leadership skills.
- Strong ability to motivate staff.
- Business-oriented and operationally hands-on.
